Important: By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a refund for any unused portion if you decide to cancel.

Immediate Access

Our service provides immediate access to AI-generated content and tools upon subscription. Since digital content and services are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Resource Consumption

The computational resources utilized for AI content generation are consumed immediately when you use our service, regardless of your satisfaction with the specific outputs.

3Subscription Information

We encourage all users to carefully review our service features and subscription terms before making a purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancelling your subscription will not result in a refund for the current billing period.

4Credit Usage

AI generation credits are allocated to your account when you purchase a subscription or credit pack. Please be aware of the following policies regarding credits:

  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features, regardless of your satisfaction with the results
  • Unused credits may expire based on your subscription terms (check your specific plan for details)
  • If you cancel your subscription, any remaining credits will remain available until they expire

5Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of prolonged service outages or technical issues preventing access to our platform, we may consider extending your subscription period as compensation. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Examples of exceptional circumstances may include:

  • Extended platform downtime (24+ hours)
  • Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges
  • Significant and persistent technical issues preventing access to paid features
